During a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop Multinational teams can address and deal constructively with tough and provoking issues like Leadership and Management Styles, Prejudice and Stereotypes, Decision-Making Processes, Trust and Relationships, Work Styles, Communication Styles, Expectations, Cultural Differences and Perceptions, etc.
Duration
One day, usually split in two sessions, each ~2,5 hrs.

6-12.
Prerequisite knowledge
No. Everyone in the group has an interest or stake in what is on the agenda.
Approach
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Application Techniques, 3D Canvas, etc. 100% of the people, participating 100% of the time, in a constructive and safe environment. Delivered by an experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, certified as PMP and PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
Focus on challenges
Leadership and Management Styles, Prejudice and Stereotypes, Decision-Making Processes, Trust and Relationships, Work Styles, Communication Styles, Expectations, Cultural Differences and Perceptions, etc.
Result
Every participant is committed to the shared answers and solutions, which have been formulated during the workshop.
