LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Summer Workshops
July - August 2026
Your objectives:
You want to increase team understanding and at the same time avoid frustration?
Everyone in the team has an interest or stake in what is on the agenda?
You want to deal with tough and complex issues in a constructive atmosphere?
It is vital that participants speak their true feelings without intimidating anyone or being intimidated?
It is important that everyone participates in the discussions and contributes with his or her knowledge and opinions?
If the answer to any of the questions above is “YES”, then a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop is the right solution for your team. A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop will align your team’s goals and will help develop solutions to your team’s work challenges in a fast, powerful and elegant way.
You can integrate the Workshop within your company’s Summer Team building activities. The result will be an impactful, constructive and memorable experience for your team, garnished with lots of serious fun.
How does it work?
Define your challenge. We will design a Workshop with a structured LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® agenda, so that at the end of the event:
- Participants will develop a deeper understanding of each other’s perspectives. The use of metaphors and storytelling through LEGO® models helps articulate complex ideas and emotions that might be difficult to express verbally.
- Participants will align their goals and develop a shared vision. The models built during the session represent collective insights, which can be used to guide future actions and decisions.
- The insights gained from the discussions about the LEGO® models will translate into concrete, actionable plans. Participants can identify clear steps to implement the ideas and solutions developed during the session.
Stories from our customers
What happens in a workshop with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method?
Our Facilitators are trained, certified and maintain certification through the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, Denmark.
The Association was founded in response to the 2010 decision by the LEGO Company to make the basic LEGO SERIOUS PLAY idea commonly available through their Creative Commons License. This led to an increased interest in the method and in offering training in facilitating and designing with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. The purpose of the Association is to determine and observe global quality standards for facilitator training thus avoiding the risk of diluting the method and infringing on others copy rights.
