Every participant will have the opportunity to exchange meaningful ideas about the relationship between Learning and Performance in organizations. Challenges and opportunities in the L&D industry will be discussed and participants will learn from each other through immersive LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitated sessions.
The keynote and the training session will be delivered by Charles Jennings, an Expert on building and implementing learning and organizational performance strategies.

He spent 20 years until the mid-1990s researching innovative approaches as an academic, a researcher, and a university professor.
