Agenda
Closing the gap between learning outcomes and organizational performance improvement is a challenge for all learning professionals and L&D departments.
Despite most organizations continuously improving and refining their learning offerings, linking learning with organizational performance can be a major task.
In this keynote session, Charles Jennings will address the below issues, and more, to help uncover ways for you to close the gap between learning and performance.
- How can we extend the impact of training and development beyond “improving” individuals?
- What are the implications of achieving that?
- How can we design solutions that link learning with improved organizational performance?
- Where do we start?
- How can we determine which metrics to measure learning outcomes with their impact on performance?
